Role Overview

We are looking for a curious and analytical graduate to join our Destination & Business Intelligence team.

This role will support the team in analysing tourism data, assisting with research projects, and helping maintain dashboards and digital tools used to track tourism performance. The graduate will also assist with maintaining a tourism intelligence website where research reports, dashboards and industry insights are shared with stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate interested in data, research and digital tools to gain practical experience in tourism intelligence and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with collecting, cleaning and analysing tourism data.
  • Support the preparation of research reports and insights.
  • Help maintain dashboards and digital tools used by the research team.
  • Assist with basic data modelling and forecasting.
  • Support the maintenance and development of the tourism intelligence website.
  • Provide general research and data support to the team when needed.

Minimum Requirements

  • Recently completed degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Actuarial Science or a similar analytical field.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Exposure to coding, programming or data analysis tools will be advantageous.
  • Interest in working with data, analytics and digital tools.
